I have been creating financial blocks from scratch in the banking sector and manufacturing companies for over 13 years.

An expert in “mergers and acquisitions” (M&A) transactions.

From 2008 to 2014 worked in Unilever, where I performed a wide range of duties: forecasting and P&L management, sales and operations planning, cost budgeting and many more.

Managed to organise the full process of production accounting, which led the factory to be exemplary.

From 2014 to 2018, worked as a Head of the Credit and Factoring Department.

I set a transparent scoring model, automated the credit analysis process and dealt with some distressed cases.

Took part in the merger of Sinteza Group and creation of Sinteza Venture Studio. CFO of Sinteza Group. Interested in projects that make our world a better place.
