The company collects anonymized data from participating companies and employees to assess, measure, and respond to DEI issues. In Jan 2021, Kanarys raised $3 million in a seed round, bringing its total funding to $4.6 million.

INCLUDED INC., another young DEI software start-up, uses data-driven methods to proffer solutions to companies and build their DEI strategies. Their DEI analytics tools are used to identify trends and offer actionable recommendations.
